If your flight has been delayed and you will miss your first night(s) of  your package, please call us immediately, so that we can help to rearrange your tour as efficiently as possible.  However, please be aware that hotels will require a minimum of 24 – 72 hours notice to cancel a reservation without any fees incurred.  We will not be able to refund you for these missed nights.  We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance as you will be able to reclaim any financial loss incurred by travel delays.  This is the only way to ensure you will not be charged for any itinerary changes due to travel delays.  Please see our Travel Insurance page for more information on how to protect yourself while traveling.
