Kyloe Restaurant & Grill: We are proud to be home to Kyloe Restaurant & Grill – Edinburgh’s premier original gourmet steak restaurant. Indulge in some of Edinburgh’s most coveted Aberdeen Angus steak, sourced from Hardiesmill Farm in the Scottish Borders, or sample our deliciously diverse a la carte menu featuring the finest in Scottish produce, expertly prepared to tantalize your taste buds. The Huxley Bar: A relaxed and informal setting, the Huxley opens for breakfast bright and early at 8am serving a selection of traditional offerings and Scottish favorites. From 11.30am you can enjoy a selection of burgers, hotdogs and small plates throughout the day and well into the evening in unique and eclectic surroundings – the perfect place to relax and watch the world go by. The Huxley is open until 1am every night so there’s plenty of time to sample our wide array of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails.
