A warm welcome from owners Niall and Darra awaits you at Sea View House in Doolin. At Sea View, you can enjoy luxurious accommodation and surroundings with natural and warm hospitality. Sea View House enjoys a commanding position in Doolin, overlooking the village, Atlantic Ocean and Aran Islands. As it's located right in the middle of the village, you merely have to stroll across the bridge to Gus O'Connor's to enjoy a drink, good food and a live traditional music session. Built on the family farm, Sea View was first opened to guests in 1997. Since then, Niall & Darra have enjoyed welcoming visitors from all over the world to their home. All the comforts of a small hotel are provided, while affording you the personal attention only a family run bed and breakfast can offer.

The aroma of fresh coffee and homemade apple and cinnamon muffins greet our guests in the dining room each morning. Breakfast is prepared by Darra and Niall and is served in our elegant dining room with a view over Doolin. Choose from our sumptuous breakfast buffet before being served a dish prepared to order from our kitchen. We try to cater for a wide variety of tastes, and are happy to accommodate any special dietary needs where possible. A particular favourite at breakfast is the freshly stewed rhubarb and ginger or apple and cinnamon with our homemade yoghurt and granola. Homemade breads, muffins and the full Irish breakfast will be sure to set you up well for the rest of the day. We source as much locally as we can. Eggs come straight from our chicken coup. Breads, muffins and crumbles are baked in our kitchen. Chutneys are prepared form our own tomatoes. In season we use home grown organic rhubarb, melon's, strawberry's and tomatoes from our Polly Tunnel.
