Having worked as Executive Head Chef in the five star Sheen Falls Lodge in Kenmare, Chris also worked as Head Chef in Mount Juliet, Inchdoney Island Hotel, and the Killarney Park Hotel, to name but a few. Chris has both a passion and flair for cooking and he is excited about building a reputation for Stathams Bar & Grill and the Pembroke Hotel. “We source quality produce, locally where possible.
