Dining

Chargrill Restaurant
Serving breakfast and dinner, The Chargrill Restaurant at Marmalade specializes in steak and oysters and offers a selection of mouth-watering dishes created using fresh ingredients from the best suppliers.

The restaurant offers six types of 30-day old succulent steaks from local Portree butchers cooked to perfection on a traditional char-grill and fresh oysters delivered daily, served four different ways to suit individual preferences.

The open and welcoming layout of the restaurant perfectly balances clean, stylish interiors and atmospheric comfort with an idyllic view overlooking Portree Harbour framed by the backdrop of the Cullin Mountains. The focus is on healthy, well-sourced ingredients and preparation that highlights the flavors of Scotland. Of course, you can end your evening with a taste of local whisky or a large glass of vintage wine in cozy surroundings.
