Michelin-awarded chef Jeremy Wares is leading a team of top chefs and has brought a new twist to fine dining in the hotel restaurant with a new and exciting menu. Jeremy, who has cooked for the late Princess Diana, President Mitterrand and Hollywood greats like Michael Caine, Liam Neeson and national treasure Joanna Lumley, has put a unique stamp on high-quality traditional Scottish cuisine in the newly refurbished restaurant.
