Lough Erne Resort offers a variety of innovative Dining Experiences, with a selection of Restaurants and Bars with Menus by Acclaimed Chef Noel McMeel. Noel’s philosophy of using the very best of local produce is evident through all of the Menus he creates for the various restaurants. The Catalina Restaurant: The Catalina Restaurant awarded two AA Rosettes for culinary excellence, seating 75 persons, offers a relaxing fine dining experience. This light and spacious room with vaulted ceilings and arched windows, provides diners with spectacular panoramic views of Castle Hume Lough. The Catalina Restaurant’s name originates from World War Two, when a secret agreement with the government of Ireland allowed aircraft to fly from Lough Erne to the Atlantic along the Donegal Corridor, providing vital air cover from one of the most westerly RAF bases in the United Kingdom. The menu, composed by Acclaimed Chef, Noel McMeel, comprises a mix of classic and contemporary dishes with an emphasis upon fresh, seasonal and local produce. The Loughside Bar & Grill: The Loughside Bar & Grill offers an extensive choice of items from the Grill, featuring the very best of Irish Meats. Directly overlooking The Faldo Championship Course and Castle Hume Lough, the 70 Seat Bar & Grill includes a terrace so diners can take in the spectacular views while enjoying their meal. The Loughside Bar & Grill Menu composed by Acclaimed Chef, Noel McMeel, comprises an eclectic mix of time-honoured golfers fayre with an Irish twist, using the very best of local produce; dishes include the "Loughside Steak & Guinness Pie with Traditional Champ" and the Signature Dish, Slow Roast Belly of Pork served with Seared Irish Scallops, Black Bacon  & Armagh Apple Puree. The Blaney Bar: The Grazing Menu, composed by Acclaimed Chef, Noel McMeel, utilising the very best of local produce, The Blaney Bar offers a unique dining experience where the eclectic menu is made up of dishes served in smaller portions, so that guests can experience, tapas style, more of the flavours of what The Resort has to offer. We recommend that guests select two dishes per person, followed by their choice of dessert or cheese, accompanied perhaps by The Resort’s unique ‘Death by Chocolate Cocktail’. The Blaney Bar directly overlooks Castle Hume Lough and The Faldo Championship Course; Diners have the choice of enjoying The Grazing Menu al fresco on The Resort’s Terrace. Our drinks list in The Blaney Bar is based on specially selected wines by the bottle or by the glass, our Wine List was created in association with Jane Boyce, the only female Master of Wines in Ireland North & South; a wide selection of cocktails, beers and spirits.
