Dining

Breakfast at Inverglen is a Culinary Delight! At Inverglen, local food produce is used wherever possible, and your hosts will always try to include seasonal produce in their menu choices, enabling you to enjoy the best Scottish ingredients during your stay. Eggs are all free-range, and are delivered weekly fresh from a Highland farm in Tain. Bacon, sausages and black pudding are all sourced from Scottish butchers or food producers, and Inverglen only serves Scottish Smoked Salmon, usually sourced from the Shetland Islands. All cakes, sweet breakfast loaves and muffins are baked by Susan at home, and the shortbread provided in your room is also home-made. Please ask if you would like a recipe to take home, or you can “like” our Facebook page, where new recipes are posted every month or so!
