Peppers Steak & Seafood Grill is The Great Southern's à la carte restaurant. Chef John O’Leary has this to say about the new menu: "All our steaks are locally sourced, dry aged for mature flavour and texture and cooked to perfection on our charcoal grill. Our finest cuts are available in different weights and served with a selection of delicious house sauces - simple, delicious and the real deal. Join us and let us prove it!" Here in The Great Southern's signature bar, the food continues the hotel's ethos of serving only imaginative, fresh, local food.
