The Bianconi Restaurant:

Proudly named after the owner of the first commercial stagecoach company based out of Waterford, the Bianconi Restaurant provides fine dining to the guests of the Granville Hotel. The restaurant is the recent recipient of a coveted AA Rosette Award with Head Chef Stephen Hooper using only the highest quality ingredients to create dishes of distinctive flair. Guests can savor favorite plates such as Irish Smoked Salmon and Lamb from the Comeragh Mountains. Daily breakfast is also served with an array of cold and hot options, including fresh baked “Blaa,” the soft bread roll that can only be produced in County Waterford.

The Thomas Francis Meagher Bar:

The Thomas Francis Meagher Bar is named for the renowned Irish nationalist who was born in the Granville Hotel in 1823. Guests are invited to relax by an open fire or in the comfortable leather wingback chairs while sipping on a drink from the hotel’s vast Whiskey and Gin Walls. An impressive menu offers hand carved meats, seasonal vegetables, and homemade desserts certain to appeal to all tastes.
