Coopers Bar & Lounge:
Over the day, you can get tasty cocktails, beers, Irish stouts, whiskeys and spirits. While looking over Galway Bay, the meals get even better. From 5 till 10 pm you can get a great variety of flavor-packed salads, soups and sandwiches as well as special burgers from the grill. On Sundays, they offer a delicious Brunch where you can get Linguini of Spring Vegetable to Galway Goats Cheese, Carrot & Thyme Quiche, Eggs Benedict to a Chuck & Brisket Bruger, Frittata to Roast of The Day, – to name only a few things. Guests with an early start can avail of their Grab & Run service from 5am with coffees and pastries available to take away.

Marinas Grill:
The award-winning restaurant offers an amazing view over Lough Atalia and Galway Bay. Even though the meat dishes are delicious and exquisite (roasted pork belly or braised lamb shank), you can also get a lot of mouth-watering vegetarian options (goats cheese risotto or wild mushroom pappardelle pasta with Irish kale). In fact, there is something for every taste. The Scrumptious Saturdays bring you a two course meal including a tasty cocktail to prepare you for weekend nights out. Breakfasts are served from 7.00 am and include fresh juices and fruits, fantastic coffees and teas as well as freshly baked pastries and breads together with warm and cold buffets of cheese and meats.

The Veranda Lounge:
On the Veranda Lounge you get a great option to meet and mingle. With luxury flair you can sit by the flame fireplace and chat. Alternatively, get a cocktail or a glass of Champagne and enjoy watching a game on the large drop down screen. The beautiful chandeliers and modern decor make this place very exclusive.
