Ballyseede Castle’s 2-star AA Rosette Awarded O’Connell Restaurant offers exquisite food amidst luxurious surroundings. Sophisticated Irish dishes are created using locally sourced seasonal ingredients and are accompanied by a comprehensive list of fine wines and spirits. 

The Stone Room Restaurant: 

Breakfast is served in the Castle each morning at the Stone Room Restaurant. Guests may choose from a variety of locally sourced produce, including eggs, meats, Irish cheeses, pastries, and fruit to begin their day.

Pappy’s Bar: 

Enjoy all-day dining at Pappy’s Bar, which serves a wide array of soups, salads, snacks, and options from an extensive charcoal grill menu. Guests often spend the evening around the fire listening to the Tall Tales of Tim, the hotel’s barman.
