The Fernery Restaurant offers a truly intimate and exceptional dining experience. Our Executive Head Chef Douglas Balish draws his inspiration from our location here in the rolling Narberth hills. Douglas and his kitchen team expertly craft extraordinary plates of food. His cooking style is elegant, contemporary with a clear focus on producing an exceptional balance of flavours.
